History

1988: Innova Packaging Systems (IPS) founded in Ieper by a group of engineers engaged in developing revolutionary applications. Its unique combination of expertise, enthusiasm and financial security formed a solid basis for rapid and strategic growth in Belgium and Europe.

1993: The Fivanco Group acquired a stake in the company, giving it the financial muscle needed to maintain strong growth.

2006: IPS took over Induplast which became IPIC Tubize.
